To make the graphic, I need the following information:

1. Purpose // Where will you be using the graphic(s)? Provide a link, a screenshot of your forum profile (if it's invisible to guests), desktop, etc...I'd like to know where my graphic is being used.
2. Type of Graphic // If you know what type (icon, signature, blend, wallpaper, banner, etc...) put it down here. This gives me an idea of the size.
3. Size // Dimension of graphic in pixels, width x height.
4. Images // You can provide images that you want me to use or you can leave it up to me. If your subject (celeb, model) is unknown and not that famous, please provide me with images. Please make sure that any images you provide, don't need a special login (if it does, give a me a login). Also, the better quality images you provide the better my graphic will be. If your images are hard to work with, I will let you know.
5. Text On Graphic // Any text that you want on the graphic. Please think about your graphic size and whether the amount of text you want is reasonable.
6. Animation? // Do you want animation? such as text or images?
7. Timeline // When do you need this by? I need at least a couple of days to make a graphic because I have other things to do. Two weeks is a maximum time. It also depends on your type of graphic.

Please make sure to use the graphic for at least 10 days before requesting another. For story banners (700x110), you may not re-request from another artist until you've talked to me.
